You open the door, revealing a set of marble stairs leading downward. The area below is devoid of light, so you use your fire striker to ignite the small pocket lantern hanging at your side. With some illumination, you begin your descent.
As you descend, the temperature grows cooler, so much so that you begin to see your breath in front of you. Arriving at the base of the stairs, you spot a massive black marble door. Reaching your hand to feel its surface, the door emits a purple glow, and a disembodied voice calls out to you from beyond.
“Cross this threshold. Enter Elysium. Never return.”
