Snatching the book from the table, you stuff it in your satchel and rush out the door, hoping to catch the ominous looking fellow before he disappears off into the night. It is lightly raining outside, so you pull cowl of your cloak tightly over your head. Leaving the tavern, you look around, and spot him walking hastily away. You begin to give chase, but see that he has turned into a back alley. What do you do?
