As the cloaked figure takes a mighty swing with his mace, you easily dodge his laboured attack by jumping to the side. Angered, the cloaked figure takes another swing, which you also subsequently dodge with ease. Finding the proceedings amusing, you begin to make a game of it, mocking his every attempt in a fashion that only serves to exacerbate his determination to destroy you. During this dance, however, you lose track of your position on the roof and, effecting one particularly dramatic dodge, you unwittingly throw yourself off the building.
You land with a resounding thud, and experience a pain increased tenfold by the alacrity of your hubris. Before you have time to mount any attempt at further escape, however, one of the cloaked figures on the roof successfully impales you with a crossbow bolt, an action that brings a sudden and resounding close to your story.
